These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Feet Generator website at aifeetgenerator.io and its image-generation features (the "Service"), operated by AI Feet Generator ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility (18+)
The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is designed to depict adults only.
2. The Service
The Service generates AI images from the text prompts and settings you provide. It is offered free of charge, without an account, on an anonymous basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we may apply fair-use limits to keep it available to everyone.
3. Acceptable use and prohibited content
You agree not to use the Service to create, request, or distribute: any sexual or suggestive content involving minors or anyone appearing to be a minor — this is strictly prohibited and there is zero tolerance; content depicting real, identifiable people or public figures without authorization, including deepfakes and non-consensual imagery; content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that promotes violence or illegal activity; or content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy. You also agree not to abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass the safety filters or usage limits of the Service. We may block, remove, or refuse any content or request and may report unlawful activity, including child sexual abuse material, to the relevant authorities.
4. Your content and license
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the images you generate. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, generated images are provided for your personal and creative use. We do not claim ownership of your prompts. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property
The Service itself — including its software, design, text, branding, and underlying technology — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy, modify, or redistribute the Service.
6. AI-generated content — not real people
All images are synthetic and generated by an AI model. They do not depict real people and any resemblance to an actual person is unintended and coincidental. Outputs may contain inaccuracies or artifacts and should not be relied upon as depictions of real individuals or events.
7. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content generated or made available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice with the required details to [email protected] and we will respond in accordance with applicable law, including removing infringing material where appropriate.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. The Service is provided free of charge, and to the maximum extent permitted by law our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service is zero (USD 0). Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your prompts or generated content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for any actual or suspected violation of these Terms. The sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content rules, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification) will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
