This Privacy Policy explains how AI Feet Generator ("we", "us", "our"), operating the website aifeetgenerator.io, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service. You may use core features anonymously or sign in with Google. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect
To deliver, diagnose, and improve the service we process: (a) the text prompts and generation settings you submit; (b) generated image URLs and task results; (c) interface interactions, page visits, referring source, language, session duration, API request parameters, API responses, errors, and performance measurements; (d) browser, operating system, device category, viewport, user agent, anonymous visitor ID, and abuse-prevention signals; and (e) if you sign in, your Google account email address, internal user ID, and profile name when provided. We do not collect payment information through the current service.
3. How we use information
We use this information only to: operate and deliver the generator; apply fair-use limits and protect the service against automated abuse, spam, and attacks; debug, maintain, and improve reliability and quality; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for behavioral advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and local storage for anonymous visitor and session identifiers, authentication, fair-use limits, traffic attribution, first-visit information, and interface preferences such as language and theme. We also use analytics technologies to understand use of our own website. We do not use this information for behavioral advertising or sell it to advertisers. Clearing browser storage may sign you out and reset usage limits, attribution, and preferences.
5. Storage and retention
Generated images are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 object storage and are automatically deleted after approximately 1 day. We keep no permanent personal gallery tied to you. Account, diagnostic, analytics, API, and abuse-prevention records are retained according to the operational retention settings of the relevant system and only for as long as reasonably needed for service operation, troubleshooting, security, analysis, and legal obligations.
6. Service providers
We rely on service providers that support the website: Cloudflare for content delivery, edge security, and R2 image storage; Alibaba Cloud Log Service for operational and behavioral logs; Google for sign-in and website analytics; and our AI image-generation provider, which receives prompts and settings to produce requested images. These providers process data under their own applicable terms and our service arrangements.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process account, diagnostic, analytics, prompt, and image data on servers located in different countries, including outside your country of residence. Where required, such transfers rely on applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing. If you signed in, include the email address associated with your account when contacting us so we can locate relevant records. Anonymous records may not always be linkable to a specific person. 9. Children's privacy
This service is strictly for adults (18 years or older). It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us at [email protected] and we will take appropriate action.

We use technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, hashing of abuse signals, retention controls, and access controls to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
